getting help on how to setup, edit, delete mail accounts, FTP, file share etc in your hosting account

when you log into your hosting account, on the left hand side you will see a link to the help panel. Everything you need to know regarding using and setting up services in your account is here.

Also, once you are in a particular area, eg. you have clicked the mail icon and are in the setup mail accounts area, the help link will take you directly to the relevant help for this area
